Shipping policy

Currently, shipping is offered within Canada only, but I hope to expand soon!

All orders will be sent via Canada Post as untracked letter mail.  This is to keep costs down for everyone!  Additional shipping options will be offered in the future - stay tuned for updates.

Canada: 2-14 business days

Please ensure that the correct shipping address is submitted with the order.  If you notice an error, please email me immediately at joanne@joyfulkinnections.ca and let me know.  I am unable to make any changes once an order has been processed and shipped, and refunds will not be issued for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Joyful Kinnections is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  If your order arrives damaged, please email me at joanne@joyfulkinnections.ca and include your full name, order number, and photos of the damaged products.  I will do my best to ensure that you are happy with your order!
