About Me

Hello!  My name is Joanne and I am the owner of Joyful Kinnections.

I have always loved stickers and stationery and was inspired to try designing my own stickers after discovering the world of sticker small businesses on YouTube.  It started as a small idea - make a couple of designs and see how they turn out - but, as I designed I became more and more inspired.  Slowly but surely, the idea of creating my own small business grew until it was something that I couldn’t stop thinking about.  In early 2025 I began sampling products from different manufacturers.  The first time I saw one of my designs as an actual physical product was surreal and pushed me to believe that maybe, just maybe, this is something that I could actually achieve.

Mental health awareness and advocacy is something that is very important to me and is a driving factor behind Joyful Kinnections.  I want to create more opportunities for conversations around mental health and, hopefully, be an encouragement to others who may struggle with their mental health.

My goal is to create cute products that are fun to use and provide positive, encouraging messages and reminders.  Let's spread some joy together!
